Lily Partridge U20

lily

British International Lily Partridge is one of Britain’s brightest talents having already claimed British honours for last years World Cross Country and more recently representing her country at the European Cross Country. Lily is a member of Aldershot, Farnham and District AC as well as her local club in Scotland, Hawkhill Harriers. Lily is one of former London Marathon winner, Liz McColgan and has great potential. Since moving to Scotland Lily has achieved a new PB for 1500m and 3000m and made her debut at 5k

  • Surrey County Champion since the age of 14 throughout the age groups (U15, U17, U17, U20 and Senior)
  • Junior Girl in British Schools Team, Wales 2005
  • Being selected for Cross International Juan Muguerza in Elgoibar, Spain. (England) as a bottom year U17 athlete 2007
  • Winning XXVII Cross Internacional de Italica. IAAF permit meeting. Seville, Spain. 2008&09 (England)
  • Becoming British Junior Cross Country Champion and Intercounties Champion 2009
  • World Cross Country Championships in Edinburgh 2008 and Jordan 2009 (Great Britain)
  • European Cross Country Championships, Dublin 2009

 

 

Jenny Tan U20

Jenny Tan made a big breakthrough in 2010 with a new 800m PB of 2.05.21 and currently tops the UK under-20 womens rankings. Last year saw her become Scottish champion and Scottish Schools champion over the 400m as well as taking 2nd place in the AAA's 800m championships. A representative in the European Juniors in 2009 and hopes to achieve the qualifying time for the World Junior Championships this summer.

 Eilish McColgan U20

A middle distance runner Eilish is in the second year of an maths and accountancy degree. She is second on the British Under 20 all-time list for the 2000m steeplechase. Eilish is a member of Dundee Hawkhill Harriers and broke the national record for 1500m and 2000m steeplechase and represented Scotland over the 1500m in the Commonwealth Youth Games in Pune, India in 2008.

Laura is the reigning World Mountain Running Champion.  She has won 3 English Schools and 2 British School's titles on the track and cross country.  Laura has won 2 English Club cross country titles and is the reigning UK Inter Counties cross country champion at U20 level.  She also is the AAA’s and UK champion at 3k (track). In 2008 Laura finished 17th in the World Cross Country Championships and hopes to build on this in 2009.  Laura is also aiming high on the track for selection for the European and World Junior Championships.
